As a member of the Bradenton-Sarasota Rose Society you will receive:
- B-SRS' award winning Bulletin 10 times a year. The publication provides
- a calendar for all area rose events
- a series of articles on what should be done in the garden month by month.
- questions that are answered by experts from all over the southeastern United States.
- full database searching of bulletin contents by any words used.
- Full access to the B-SRS web site 'members' pages with analysis of member experience, listings of over
100 roses in our 'gallery of roses', up-to-date listings of roses in stock at local partners,
- A constantly updated on-line Membership Directory to facilitate member networking.
- Access to Latt Farr's Book on roses : "Southern Queen",
- Participation in, and access to, Roses In Review, in which members share their experiences and observations on the roses THEY grow, cut, and enjoy in this region.
- Discounts given to members on roses and rose supplies from selected local nurseries and growers.
- Information about our partnership with John & Mable Ringling Museum.
BSRS holds monthly meetings in January through June and in September through December. Each month an educational program is presented and members are able to ask our American Rose Society certified Consulting Rosarians questions about rose gardening.
